Technical design

We develop architectural concepts into 2D drawings, Revit models, pipe routes, technical-room layouts, equipment lists and technical specifications. Early coordination helps the team plan space, penetrations and installation requirements before construction.

Pool project management

We attend construction meetings, explain pool requirements and coordinate what builders, electricians and plumbers need to do and when. Responsibilities and deliverables are agreed for each assignment, alongside the main construction project manager.

Flexible collaboration

Hire us for a defined design task, site support or coordination from concept through installation and commissioning. You retain the client relationship and overall project control. Engineering, coordination and site work are billed hourly. Equipment is supplied on agreed terms.
